This report written in 2009 investigates the perspectives of teachers and minority ethnic pupils in schools in which the majority of students are from White British ethnicities. An overarching argument of the publication is that it may be useful to consider 'racist incidents' with a wider lens, opening up and addressing the context of these episodes rather than labelling them as isolated or ring-fenced events.
