This report is the result of the 'Riot Roundtables' which took place in Birmingham, Bradford, Coventry, Croydon and Lewisham in Autumn 2011.

The Riot Roundtables brought key local decision-makers, professionals, young people and members of the community together to find out what happened during the riots and what can be done to prevent something similar happening again. The Runnymede Trust was keen to find out if race played a role in the riots.
