A Runnymede Perspectives paper by Dr Nicola Rollock which re-focuses attention on the issue of Black pupil educational success. In changing the nature of the debate about race and achievement in this way, it helps to break that association between school experience and underachievement which continues to beset many pupils from Black and ethnic backgrounds.
