Unbound is the Runnymede Trust 11 month work based training programme. Our transformative programme provides core training and holistic development over 11 months, and creates a more sustainable model for retaining trainee talent within the organisation and wider sector.

The Unbound Traineeship is fully remote, and the opportunity is open to 3 applicants based across the UK. For our 2022 intake, two vacancies are available for British Muslim applicants, funded by the Aziz Foundation. One vacancy is available for applicants from all ethnic minority backgrounds.

Unbound began as a spark of an idea - to empower and provide all of the opportunities the Runnymede Trust has to offer and facilitate a pathway into the third sector which currently doesn’t exist for people from a range of different backgrounds. It is a unique opportunity to develop your skillset at the UK's leading race equality think tank.
