Runnymede Trust, the UK’s leading race equality think tank, is seeking a Digital Content Officer to join our communications team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s digital platform including our social media channels, blog and website content.
We are looking for a member of the team to continue developing our digital presence. This role will lead on the production and management of visual content for our digital platforms, and have editorial management over our blog Race Matters.
This is a challenging role and requires an individual who is well organised, has their finger on the pulse on engaging and emerging topics within racial justice, and is able to combine core skills in content creation (both written and visual) and management with a passion and understanding of the changing debates on race and social justice.

Responsibilities and main duties:
As Digital Content Officer you'll plan and produce timely and current visual content for Runnymede’s social media platforms, including video content, ensuring consistent style and tone. You'll be responsible for managing and editing our blog, social media channels and support in the production of digital assets for the launch of Runnymede’s own work.
You'll develop new digital platforms and social media campaigns to further the impact and reach of the Runnymede Trust, and ensure we are producing engaging and consistent content which delivers our organisational messaging.
