Women of colour face a double jeopardy. Broken Ladders, our research produced with the Fawcett Society, shows that the discrimination facing women of colour in the workplace spans from the hiring process to progressing into senior leadership, where they are practically invisible across the country.

Our research found that 75 per cent of women of colour face racism at work, and that over half experience discrimination during recruitment.
