Alba leads the policy team, delivering policy and research projects across sectors and defining the organisation’s anti-racist agenda. She works with a broad spectrum of partners to propose and advocate for progressive policies on racial equity and justice. Alba leads the organisation in its role as secretariat to the UK Parliament's APPG on Race and Community.
