All violence is a matter of concern. Violence that denies the humanity of its subjects, destroys relationships between communities, and corrupts our ability to function together as a society.

Before the report was published in 2005, Racist violence remained a serious problem with more than 4000 cases of violence came before our courts that were deemed to have a racist motivation. This is likely to be the tip of the iceberg. This report evaluates the activities designed to challenge this trend.
