Most higher educations institutions in the UK do not employ a single black or minority ethnic woman professor.

Let's hope that the number will be higher when we count it next, but for the moment here's a list compiled by Professor Iyiola Solanke of Leeds University celebrating 54 BME women professors in the UK.
