The Runnymede Trust is working in partnership with the Living Wage Foundation to produce research exploring the ethnic pay gap and wider employment experiences of ethnically diverse communities in the UK.
Funded by Aviva Investors, our ongoing research with the Living Wage Foundation is intended to bolster the evidence base on pay gaps and the impact of the Living Wage in relation to these. The final report will act as a tool for employers within LWF’s employer network in considering how their current interventions are tackling the prevalence of racism and what more they can do. We hope this research will enable a conversation on what it means to be an equitable employer.
The full research paper is due to be published Spring 2022.
