Most of the research and the project activity around racist violence and harassment has tended to focus on the victims rather than the perpetrators. This report is a first step in looking at what can be done to turn potentially violent racists away from the path to their first offence. It summarises the trajectory of work on prevention, and out of this framework suggests what might be done next.
