Tools | Provide tools for action, share resources, generate new resources |

Focus | Build coalitions to identify concrete changes and shape demands |

Target | Identify power-brokers/changemakers and engage them directly with message/demand |

Amplify | Share messages/demand through all forms of media and relevant institutional routes |

Evaluate | Monitor change and evaluate impact and feedback to actors and decision-makers |
