Runnymede writes for TUC localism guide

Writing for a TUC guide on the Localism Act, Runnymede has argued that local decision making provides more risk than opportunity for ethnic minorities.
The chapter, written by Public Affairs Manager Vicki Butler, sits alongside contributions from charities including Shelter, Age UK and IPPR.
The document is intended primarily as a guide for union activists and community organisers, but also provides useful information on the Localism Act for charities, local government and others.
