Runnymede and Fabian Society report on welfare and diversity

Runnymede has published a new report on welfare, diversity and solidarity, written by James Gregory, senior research fellow at the Fabian Society.
Published in the week of the 63rd anniversary of the NHS, the paper argues that when rejecting universal welfare reforms in favour of targeted services, we ought to consider what impact this has on solidarity between citizens.
