The speed and depth of the budget cuts are leaving smaller charities and community groups without time to look for alternative funding, or even to tell let their supporters know about their situation, writes Runnymede director Rob Berkeley on his blog.
Rob highlights the situation of one group for older people from the ethnic minority community which will see its funding cut in less than two months' time.
